Fortuna Police Department press release: 

On February 22, 2020, officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop in the 600 block of South Fortuna Blvd. Officers contacted the driver, Caleb Weston Hoffarth, age 24 of Eureka, who was found to be on felony probation for narcotics violations. Officers conducted an investigation and probation search locating over seven ounces of suspected heroin and over $1,200 in cash.

Caleb Weston Hoffarth was arrested and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility for possession, transportation and sales of narcotics. Hoffarth was additionally booked on the charges of violation of felony probation, driving on a suspended drivers license and expired vehicle registration.
