Traveling between Eureka and Fortuna is going to be a real bear this morning.

A big right that overturned on Highway 101 at around 3 a.m. is expected to keep the road closed at Fernbridge for at least another couple of hours, Caltrans District One reports on its Facebook page.

A detour is available through Fernbridge, but you have to expect that’ll slow things down quite a spell.

According to the the California Highway Patrol’s dispatch system, the truck was carrying about 2,000 pounds of food.
