From the Eureka Police Department
On April 29, 2021, at about

vs pedestrian collision. While responding to the collision, it was
reported that the driver and vehicle involved in the collision had

southeast corner of the intersection. The pedestrian sustained
moderate injuries and was transported by City Ambulance to St. Joseph
ER for treatment.

The driver, identified as Alan Lee Ladd (58 years old of Eureka), was

at $35,000.00.
