Eureka Police Department press release:
On December 1, 2021, at about 4:25 p.m., officers with the Eureka Police Department (EPD) responded to a credit union on the 900 block of Fourth Street for the report of a robbery that had just occurred.
Based on the investigation, it appears that a male entered the business, used a note to demand money, and then fled with an undisclosed amount of currency. The male fled on a bicycle. Officers checked the nearby areas and located discarded clothing and the suspect’s bicycle. The suspect is still outstanding and unidentified at this time.
The male suspect was described as a male, thin build, wearing jeans, brown jacket, bandana as a mask, and black hat. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Eureka Police Department at (707) 441-4044.
