While the Tampa Bay Buccaneers won their playoff game against the Washington Football Team yesterday, Alex Cappa’s season is likely over.

The Bucs guard and former Humboldt State standout was visibly upset as he limped off the field and into the locker room near the end of the second quarter yesterday with an apparent leg injury.

Following the game, Bucs Head Coach Bruce Arians told reporters that the injury appeared to be serious.

“It looks like a fracture,” Arians said. “We’ll check with a better X-ray machine, but right now it does not look good.”
