You may have noticed that the air is looking a bit hazy in Humboldt today. Wildfire smoke — primarily from the Dixie fire burning in Butte and Plumas counties — has arrived.

Though the smoke is visible, air quality levels are expected to remain “good” in Humboldt County throughout the weekend. Eastern portions of Trinity County may see “unhealthy” levels, the National Weather Service posted on Friday night.

You can follow the smoke level forecast on the NWS website.
