Linda Griswold Pavlich passed away on June 14, 2022, with her son at her side. Linda was born on December 17, 1940, in Corvallis, Oregon to William and Helen Griswold. The family moved to Drain, Oregon in 1941, and then in 1956 moved to Bend, Oregon, where Linda graduated from Bend Sr. High. After attending Oregon State College (now University) she went to work for US Bank head office in Portland, Oregon. She worked at several branches throughout Oregon, retiring after 35 years from the 29th & Willamette branch in Eugene. She was blessed with a son, Shawn Johnson (Eugene, Oregon) and in 1990, she met and later married Roman Pavlich, whom she called her Prince, of Eureka.

Her son and husband survive her. She is also survived by stepdaughters Megan Magness, Julie Townsend (Bob), step-granddaughter, Ashley Townsend Powell (Noah), step-great-grandson, Atticus (Springfield, Miss.), and her sister, Mary Scott (Eureka). She was predeceased by her stepson Michael Pavlich and her precious labs, Molly, Raven and tabby cat, Sam.

She enjoyed sewing, making quilts for family and friends, making preemie quilts for St. Joseph’s Hospital, gardening and tagging along with her husband for outdoor adventures.

At Linda’s request there will be no service. Please be an organ donor and hug your husband, children, pets, and friends.
