Jerry Lee Roach passed away on August 4, 2022 in Eureka.

Jerry was born on November 3, 1943 to his father, William “Bill” Roach, and mother, Goldie Liggett Roach Tennison, in Hanford, California. At the age of five, he moved to Humboldt County with his mother, stepfather Clell Tennison and brother Ron Tennison.

Jerry attended Arcata High School and worked a variety of jobs over the years. In his younger years he worked for the plywood mills and then moved on to driving truck for City Garbage, G&R Metals, Eureka Oxygen and finished his working career at Nolan Trucking. He enjoyed trap shooting and wood working in his spare time.

Jerry is survived by his children Heath and Chrystal Roach, his grandchildren Rachel Dejeu (spouse Dennis) and Wyatt Roach (fiance Kelly Pedrotti), great granddaughters Naomi and Scarlett Dejeu, and brother Ron Tennison (spouse Jean).
