Humboldt County’s Division of Environmental Health has paid another visit to Arcata’s Fourth Street Market, whose food preparation license it yanked last week, and has given the market a renewed clean bill of health.
Surfaces have been newly resanitized, and a professional pest control company has been retained, according to the inspector’s report. The pest folk will have to come out and do work biweekly to keep the cockroach problem at bay, the report stipulates — though whether the inspectors mean “twice a week” or “every other week” is not clear. The eternal problem.
