The County of Humboldt’s Department of Public Works is conducting an online auction of surplus property items ending on or after 7 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26.

Members of the public now have the opportunity to bid on surplus county property, including miscellaneous vehicles such as Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks, heavy machinery equipment such as front-end loaders, drum rollers and sweeping units, and tires. 

The auction is taking place online at GovDeals.com, and items up for bid can be found at GovDeals.com/HumboldtCounty. To register to bid on items in this auction, please visit GovDeals.com and click on “register” in the upper right corner of the web page. Bidder registration is free and open to the public.

All items will be sold as-is, where-is, and the county may reject any and all bids. Winning bidders will be required to submit online payment for items within five days after winning the item and to collect their items within 10 days.
