PLAN AHEAD: USE DETOUR AT THESE TIMES FOR SOUTHBOUND 101 AT EUREKA SLOUGH BRIDGE

Southbound U.S. 101 at the Eureka Slough Bridge will be fully closed for construction during the following times:

  • Sunday, Oct. 11, from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Monday night, Oct. 12, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
  • Tuesday night, Oct. 13, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Please plan ahead and take an alternate southbound route. The available state-highway detour for these closures is Route 255.

The closures are needed for pile-driving work at the bridge. Please allow extra travel time and watch for crews and traffic-control signs in the area.

Northbound 101 at the Eureka Slough Bridge will remain open.
