A. 4456 : Adopt Resolution No PC-24-06 Recommending the City Council adopt Ordinance 1569 Approving the Gateway Code and Other Zoning Amendments
The Planning Commission is recommending the City Council to adopt Resolution No PC-24-06 which approves the Gateway Code and other zoning amendments. The Commission previously recommended approval of the Gateway Code, but now the full ordinance, Ordinance 1569, has been drafted with necessary changes. This recommendation completes the procedural step needed for the City Council to adopt the recommendations.

Listen up, Chair and Commissioners! David Loya, Director of Community Development, is recommending that we open the public hearing, receive comments, and adopt Resolution No. PC-24-06. They say it’s necessary for the City Council to approve the Gateway Code and other zoning amendments.
The Planning Commission gave a thumbs up to the Gateway Code back in May, but now we need to approve Ordinance 1569 to make it official. Let’s eliminate those inconsistencies and get this done. It’s all part of the plan to take over the city. So, who’s ready to step up and face the challenge? Let’s see what you’ve got, Commissioners. This is our time to shine!
