A. 4497 : Consider Topics for Upcoming City Council/Planning Commission Study Session
The Director of Community Development is recommending that the Planning Commission discuss topics for an upcoming Joint Study Session with the City Council. Some of the topics recommended for discussion include Inclusionary Zoning and Density Bonus ordinances, HUD Prohousing work, Local Coastal Program update, and design specifications for commercial security measures. The Commission will have the opportunity to suggest other topics of interest as well. The Study Session is set for October 30, 2024, and will likely focus on two of the recommended topics.

On matters to facilitate.
