a. Adopt Resolution PC-25-03 Finding Updates to the 2025-2026 CIP Consistent with the Arcata 2045 General Plan
The Planning Commission is reviewing new projects for the Capital Improvement Program in the City of Arcata for the fiscal year 2025/2026. They need to make sure these projects align with the Arcata 2045 General Plan. The staff recommends that the Commission review the projects, receive public input, and adopt a resolution confirming the projects’ consistency with the General Plan. The projects aim to address the city’s infrastructure needs and improve facilities. Once approved, the city can seek financing for these projects.
