1. Page Mixed-Use Development

The Design Review Committee is considering a project for a new mixed-use building on 311 W Harris Street. The building will include a medical spa, café, and dwelling unit. The project meets all zoning standards and is exempt from environmental assessments. The committee is recommended to hold a public hearing and approve the project.

In a town not far away,
A mixed-use building came to stay,
Gana Page had a grand plan,
To build a spa and a café, oh so grand.

With a dwelling unit on the top floor,
This project had so much more,
All to be built on Harris Street,
A lively place where people meet.

The Design Review Committee took a look,
At this project in a big book,
They found it safe and sound,
And fit the zoning all around.

With no harm to health or welfare,
The project was given a fair share,
Of approval from the committee,
For the Page Mixed-Use property.

Now construction can begin,
With landscaping lush and green,
A place for all to gather and meet,
On 311 W Harris Street, so neat.
