Along the way, the adventurers will encounter various elemental creatures such as water elementals, fire mephits, and earth genasi who have been corrupted by the malevolent entity. They will need to use their skills and abilities to overcome these challenges and gather information to confront the elemental entity.

Finally, the adventurers will face off against the elemental entity in a climactic battle at the city’s wastewater treatment plant. They must use all of their powers and teamwork to defeat the entity and restore balance to Fortuna.

Outcome:
If the adventurers are successful in defeating the elemental entity, they will be hailed as heroes by the city of Fortuna. The Public Works Department will be able to repair the damage caused by the disturbances and implement measures to prevent future elemental attacks.

If the adventurers fail, the elemental entity will continue to wreak havoc on the city, causing even more destruction and chaos. The Public Works Department will be unable to contain the elemental forces, and Fortuna will suffer the consequences of their failure.

The fate of Fortuna lies in the hands of the adventurers. Will they be able to save the city from the elemental crisis, or will they be overwhelmed by the forces of nature? Only time will tell.
