2. Maples Tree Removal Coastal Development Permit (CDP) Record Number

The County of Humboldt is considering a request to remove eight Redwood trees on a property in the Eureka area. The trees are proposed to be removed for fire protection and to provide solar access and space for a garden. The county is considering allowing indoor cannabis cultivation in new non-residential buildings on specific types of zoned parcels. This would amend the current regulations that only allow cultivation in buildings constructed before January 1, 2016.
