Major-Injury Crash on North Bank Road in McKinleyville

A major-injury crash involving two sedans occurred near the intersection of N. Bank and Hunts Roads in McKinleyville shortly after 6 p.m. today.
According to the California Highway Patrol incident report, one of the cars rolled off of the roadway and came to rest of its top.
A photo of the scene provided by a reader, shows that the crash caused traffic to back up on N. Bank Road, also known as Highway 200.
The CHP reports that the highway is now clear.
