UPDATE, 4:36 p.m.: The person involved in the wreck seems to be up and ambulatory, but according to scanner traffic they’re still asking for an ambulance to the scene.
Traffic is down to one lane northbound. A tow truck just arrived.

One vehicle has overturned just south of the Samoa Boulevard exit in Arcata, according to CHP dispatch and scanner traffic. A person was trapped inside, and northbound traffic is backed up to at least Bayside Cutoff.
