I have a few questions for both of the candidates if possible. First, what specific actions will you take to further modernize the website, upgrade technology, and speed up and delays in tax billings?

Second, I have heard about high staff turnover for a long time now there. How would/do you plan to improve employee retention and morale?

Lastly, what will you do to ensure you can be a connected and engaged department head rather than just a politician? It is an elected position after all.
