Prior civic involvement?

How have you been civically engaged in your personal life prior to deciding to run for city council?

Thank you Big Al for the question.

To me, being civically involved is about being a part of the community and not just living in it. I have done this by coaching youth sports, attending community events, helping my neighbors, and lending a hand to anyone that needs help.

As I have stated in the past and during my entire campaign, I never thought about getting into politics because I am not a politician. I feel like this wonderful city needs less politicians and more people who know the area and who have grown up here.
