Educational Background and Relevant Job Experience

You are running for a decisionmaking position where you'll be required to analyze, interpret, and make complex decisons based on information and data provided by staff, not just on your perception of an issue. Other candidates have provided their educational background, degrees, and prior relevant work experience in their bios or in candidate statements.

Can you elaborate on what your education background is and what relevant past work experience you have for the position?

Thank you for the question.

I do not have a degree. I do have a high school diploma.

Every day when I am at work, I have to make knowledgeable decisions and sometimes in a split second. I have numerous employees that work underneath me that I am responsible for along with all of the employees within the business. I never make decisions based on personal thoughts or ideas. I have had to respond to serious medical calls and make split second decisions. I have had to do detailed investigations that sometimes takes days.

Long story short, I didn’t go to college, but I have worked for everything that I have.
