$300 a month rent payments

Hi,

I continue to see that you post that you have 40 tenants who "pay the rent of $300 a month."

Can you clarify what that means? Is your income gross income for the units those tenants rent only $300 a month, or is there an additional payment received from another source (HUD, Section 8, the County, the State, an agency) that pays an additional amount to you?

The way you word this statement makes it sound that you are benevolent and only receive $300 a month total for the unit. Can you clarify?
