Arcata/Jackson Ranch Rd area: CHP requesting Fire & Medical to check area of Hwy 255 between Jackson Ranch Rd & Mad River Slough bridge for a possible veh TC’d w/victim in it. They already have one pedestrian w/injuries and there may be a vehicle related to this guy. Arcata Fire & Amb and Samoa Fire enroute to look around, heavy fog in the area.
