Arcata: subject at PD front door self-surrendering on a Felony Warrant out of San Francisco; unit taking the 11th St arrestee to jail is being diverted back to the station to pick up this guy too, assuming dispatch can confirm the warrant with SFPD.

Arcata prowler just left, 1000 block 11th St, RP heard noise, saw a male in his locked yard, then tried the door knob; susp left on foot, no description or direction of travel. Location is a rear house down a long driveway

Re: Summer St, ofcrs unable to locate either the RP or the guy at the back door, clearing from scene…. BUT, within seconds… dispatcher now advises the RP just called again, that he IS inside but he refuses to come out until the ofcrs are at his door. They’ll go to his door [I can almost hear their silent sigh all the way from McK]

Eureka disturbance, 800 block Summer street (same address as previous call at 1:49 a.m., male is at the back door again attempting to gain entry. EPD enroute again.

Re: Winco, the woman is in custody (unknown charge(s)) and enroute to jail. Gave ofcrs several names/versions until dispatcher was finally able to locate her in a database, with “one prior arrest.” Ofcr’s reply “Make it two now.”
