Trinidad, suspicious circs, s/b 101 at the Rest Area, approx 20 mins ago the RP heard a woman in a van screaming about a broken leg, sounded like poss domestic violence. HCSO units enroute

The original call was a male-female dispute, male reported to be threatening to harm female if she leaves. Officer arrived almost immediately and almost as quickly went in foot pursuit.
