EPD ofcr has located the witnesses on Utah, they say the suspect (no description yet) were last seen “in an alleyway headed toward Highland.” Other units checking the area.

Eureka, burglary from vehicle just occurred on Little Fairfield St, victim/witnesses in foot pursuit of suspect(s), last reported to be northbound on Utah street near Zoe Barnum schoool. No description of anybody yet. EPD responding
