First-hand reports coming into the Outpost tell us that the traffic is very bad northbound coming into Eureka. No further word on the condition of the motorcyclist.

CHP officer says the motorcyclist appears to be basically OK — he or she could say his or her own name, was responding to officers. Medical personnel on scene.
