HUMBOLDT BAY FIRE IS CONDUCTING ROUTINE DRILLS BUT ON ONE OF THEIR TACTICAL CHANNELS. I HAVE NO REMOTE-CONTROL ABILITY TO LOCK OUT THE CHANNEL, BUT THEY ARE SAYING “THIS IS A DRILL” AT THE BEGINNING. AND THEIR CALM TONE OF VOICE SHOULD BE A CLUE.
