Per Reed IC: Fire has slow rate of spread in heavy timber, can handle with current resources, but cancel the dozer, it won’t be able to get to scene. Per Cal Parks Ranger, fire is within Richardson Grove Park boundaries and he is enroute for campground evacuation, but 90-minute ETA. Camp hosts will start the process.
