[delayed post]Approx 11:55 a.m. Titlow Hill area on 299, report of a 211, initial info that several suspects took a pickup truck and poss headed east on 299, and add’l info that other susp(s) left w/b toward Blue Lake in a black BMW. HCSO and CHP in the area.

Reports coming in that someone is climbing the radio tower by KIEM. This climber has no safety gear, the reporting party says, and it doesn’t look like he works there.
