McKinleyville smoke check, area of Hiller Park, RP has a strong smell of smoke, unsure of exact loc due to fog. E8216 responding from Mad River station, all-call for station staffing

Arcata Fire all-call for staffing prompted by report of smoke at Hiller Park, at the south entrance. A caller reported a heavy smell of smoke in the area, but could not see the source of it due to fog.
