Correction on the incident location, it’s on the State Parks / City of Trinidad border.

Patient is approx 40’ down the cliff, uninjured, CalFire will be walking him out. Attempting to get exact location for State Parks to determine the jurisdiction - they are approx 1/4 mile from the Mill Creek drainage. Also canceling Trinidad Fire, not needed.

Re: Trinidad, appears to be on Stagecoach rd closer to Main, and a rescue of man from the cliff, apparently not injured, crews still arriving. Tow service requesting best - if any - access; part of Stagecoach Rd is closed and inaccessible to their truck.

Trinidad: man over the cliff, Stagecoach Rd 2 mi north of Main St; he was attempting to get a veh off the edge but reportedly HE went over. CHP, CalFire Trinidad and Arcata Ambulance responding
