Bank IC reporting that the vehicle is unoccupied, cancel the balance of the assignment except for CHP. Engine 1273 will be mitigating an oil spill at the scene.

Cal Fire Engine 1273 at scene on Highway 36, vehicle is off the road and into a tree on a blind curve, getting a size up as soon as possible.
