McKinleyville Suspicious veh, 1800 block Henry Lane, male & female backed their veh into neighbors’ driveway, RP is concerned because neighbors are elderly, and when RP approached the subjs they said to “mind your own business.” HCSO responding

Re Scotia Bluffs, Batt 1216 is Bluff IC, staging is at Ash Pit Rd at the Scotia offramp from 101, Scotia Chief is Staging Mgr. CAN is approx 1 acre, now moderate rate of spread, no structures threatened, only timberland and brush, working on plan to access the fire from a logging road above it. Tac frequency is Tac 7 [151.340 if you have a scanner].

Re: Scotia Bluffs, RIO Chief 7100 reports approx 1 acre with potential to move up the hill. Chief 7101 is seeing a second fire, approx 1/4 acre, access will be a walk-in from off the Scotia offramp from 101 with approx a 1/4-mile hose lay if necessary
