Bayview vandalism report, 700 block Sea Ave, extremely agitated RP has made repeated calls to 9-1-1 re his neighbor came on to his porch and killed his 4-foot tall stuffed Mickey Mouse; RP is now demanding Homeland Security. [But he’ll be seeing Sheriff’s deputies instead]
