Eureka: Auto theft just occurred, from 3500 block F St, Handy Market: Gray 2009 VW Jetta Turbo; per RP/victim, it may be headed toward Loleta - that’s where the guy he left sitting in the car came from. EPD enroute to take the report - not signed yet

Meanwhile, approx 9:15 pm there was a dispatch for a skateboard accident with possible head injuries, original location reported was “5000 block of Greenwood Heights Rd,” but responders found nothing there, have since run the length og that Road; Pinging for GPS came back closer to 1800 block, but still unable to locate anything.

FIRE DRILLS: Humb Bay Fire is conducting drills today, using their fireground tactical frequencies 2, 4, and 5, so I’ve temporarily removed those discrete channels from the scanner feed. CalFire is also doing drills this afternoon over the Blocksburg area using an Air Tanker and an Air Attack plane if you see or hear them overhead. Or even if you don’t hear them.
