E8211 at scene will be “Mill IC;” fire is in light grass and heavy brush,slow rate of spread, best access is via a driveway about 100’ off Mill Rd, E8211 is beginning fire attack and Arc E8217 and Eureka E8114 can cancel their response and return to their districts
