Reach 5 declined the mission due to weather (possibly on their end in Redding). They are checking on Reach 3 out of Santa Rosa which is IFR capable

Air Ambulance Helicopter Reach 5 is responding to the Fickle Incident. Fickle IC reports that there is a possible LZ near their location marked by his vehicle.

Fickle IC reports that they are still engaged in the rescue and it will be approximately 40 more minutes before they have the patient removed from the cliff

Units are on scene at Top of the World. Battalion 8201 will be Fickle IC. They have located the patient and crews are hiking up to him now. Fieldbrook Fire is responding to a medical call in Arcata because Arcata Fire’s two engine crews and battalion chief are on the rescue call. Arcata Fire no longer staffs a third engine due to budget cuts
