8104 is on scene with a fully involved 30x30 fire with a fully involved snag requesting engine 8136 and 8114 respond in to start a hose lay. Also requesting a battalion chief, engine and hand crew from Cal Fire respond. Units will be on tac 2

Engine 8112 is leaving the water tender at station 5 and will also be available to respond to other calls while units continue to work on accessing the fire

Engine 8112 is back enroute to the fire scene with water tender 8163 after splitting their crew. Engine 8115 is down staffed with their crew now responding in the wildland engine. Engine 8113 reports seeing the fire in the area of power lines. Battalion 8104 is requesting Cal Fire be notified (presumably because this may be in the state response area) Truck 8181 is covering at the classroom and engine 8113 is remaining available for calls while units work to make access to the fire

Eureka Unknown Type Fire: HBF responding to a fire in the area of Redwood Acres. Units arriving on scene are attempting to gain access to what they say appears to be a large fire. 2 engines are returning to cross staff the water tender and type III wildland engine. Units are reporting that it may be in the McKay Tract and they will be hiking in
