Eureka Water Rescue: Foot of Hilfiker; EPD was out with a suicidal subject who was walking away from them while making “suicide by cop statements”. EPD stopped following and the subject entered the low tide area towards the water. Now requesting fire respond for a possible water rescue. Coast Guard is on scene
