CHP dispatch just read a BOLO on their frequency for suspects, a suspect vehicle and victims possibly from Saturday’s incident at E and Dollison in Eureka. The BOLO reports that it was a possible 211 (robbery) and 207 (kidnapping) involving several armed individuals
