Rolling back to the Harris and Harrison incident: Selena Zorrilla Mendoza of the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office reports that the woman was taken into custody for 647(f) — drunk (or otherwise intoxicated) in public.

The nude woman from the Walgreen’s at the corner of Harris and Harrison later jumped on a tow truck and refused to get off. Now she’s laying in the middle of the road on Harrison, blocking traffic.
