Eureka: Man down, Del Norte and I St, man down, wearing white shirt and blue jeans; RP believes he might have been doing yard work and collapsed. EPD enroute to check.

Arcata Ambulance on scene 11th & Union, advises PD and FD can be canceled.

Arcata; 11th & Union, passer-by reports 3 males on the corner asking for help, possibly under the influence. APD, FD and ambulance responding

Eureka: 20/30 Park, man down, laying under tree with shoes off. EPD enroute.

Arcata: Area of Giuntoli & 299, by stop sign near Renner station; “suspicious activity” per the RP, a U-Haul truck parked and people going to and from the truck. APD on the way to see what’s up, if anything.

Eureka Medical Aid: 500 block G St, access off the alley, heart problem, 60-yr-old male w/cardiac history. City Amb and HBF Squad 8174 responding.

Arcata: non emergency dispatch for Arcata-Mad River Ambulance to meet PHI life-flight crew, take them to Mad River Hosp and transfer them w/patient back to the airport.

Eureka: 400 block F St, man entered rear of cafe, caused a disturbance, talking to himself and acting erratically, left walking s/b on 5th. EPD unit reported “on scene” as soon as dispatcher finished her broadcast.

APD officer now out with subject, she has him in custody will be taking him to jail for 647(f) [drunk in public].

APD enroute, caller says man wearing a black or dark blue jacket now at front door.

Arcata: 800 block 9th Street, man in the store telling employee he has one of their radios and wants to sell it back to them; he’s currently in the restroom.

Eureka: Burglary report 1900 blk Hilfiker, bicycle taken last night while RP was in the hospital and his door had been left unlocked

Eureka: 1100 blk 5th St, subject was loitering in alley trying to open car doors; now at bus stop, L & 5th, appears to be under the influence. EPD now going to this one

Officers got the Harris/K vehicles stopped, sorted it out, parties separated and sent on their ways.

Caller left the scene , now the guy in the Toyota is again following him, circling the block near Harris & K.

Eureka: Gray Toyota is following caller, driver throwing coffee cups at the caller’s company truck, now both have pulled over at Harris & K. EPD on the way… suspect has run up to RP’s window, appears to be under influence of drugs. Wearing camo baseball cap and white shirt.

Eureka: Ringing burglar alarm, 3500 block Glen, garage motion-detector. Also reported by alarm company as a silent alarm. EPD going.

Now out contacting the subject at 6th & O St…. no wants on her, but she’s on summary probation for vandalism

EPD ofcr reports she’s out with the subject at rear of apartments… subject is walking away e/b on 6th

Eureka: 1300 block 6th St, female has been loitering around apartment building for past hour, appears to be under influence of drugs or alcohol. EPD on the way to check it out.

Unattended campfire located down in the greenbelt, E8113 crew extinguishing it.

Agency Assist: EPD ofcr dispatched with HBF to Railroad/Del Norte call due to location in greenbelt area.

Eureka: Smoke investigation, Railroad @ W Del Norte, gray smoke seen in area, HBF E8113 dispatched.

Eureka: W Hawthorne & Union, CHP dispatch received a 9-1-1 call, sounded like child playing with phone, lat/long place it near that intersection.
