700 block Bayside Rd, man w/chest tightness. The one Arcata Ambulance available will divert to this call, requests Arcata Fire respond ahead to the 9th & H broken arm. (Second ambulance is apparently tied up transporting a patient from Mad River Hosp to ACV for a life-flight out of the area).

CHP requesting APD and paramedics for man w/possible broken arm due to an altercation at 9th & H. This followed a 9-1-1 call reporting a man walking on H St harassing passers-by. Ambulance will be delayed, responding from Eureka.
