The home in question is clear and some officers are becoming available. EPD will likely remain there to process the scene. It sounds like EPD detectives interviewed the victims that initially reported the incident and are continuing to investigate. As noted below, a countywide BOLO was issued around 5:00

The standoff in Eureka is still ongoing. The incident commander reported several minutes ago that the SWAT personnel were entering the residence. I have not heard a positive confirmation that there are people inside, but officers have seen movement in the windows. It was reported that a resident’s dog may be inside too
