Arcata Engine 8216 is on scene reporting that the collision is on the southbound HW 101 onramp from Central Ave with a working vehicle fire. Chief 8201 is at scene assuming “South IC”. One patient is on scene and out of their vehicle, the other driver reportedly fled the scene and no other occupants are in the vehicles
