IC reports the units at scene can handle, cancel the balance of the response except for one engine and a duty officer from Arcata; forward progress of fire has been stopped, now involved in mop-up

Samoa Rescue 8674 also responding to Navy IC, now said to be 20x30’ with slow rate of spread

Manila vegetation fire, New Navy Base near Vance Ave on the north side, Arcata Engines 8211 and 8239 and all-call for staffing; Samoa E8614, HumBayFire Batt 8105 and Engine 8114 dispatched; first unit at scene will be Navy IC
