Carlotta poss vegetation fire, Hwy 36 near Fox Creek Rd, veh poss was set on fire but now out, clothing nearby is burning; Carlotta VFD dispatched & HCSO notified. Carlotta engine at scene reports unsuccessful attempt to ignite veh and nearby brush with diesel fuel, with only small burn to brush; fuel can was left at scene
