Fire attack advising the IC they need manpower more than water, send the next incoming engine’s crew back to help them

Arcata Batt 8202 enroute to the Green fire; HumBayFire Chief 8100 is now on duty in service; HumBayFire Batt 8104 is at scene and assuming Green IC from Kneeland unit; KFD Engine 8913 w/2 firefighters is making fire attack, fire is mainly on the “C” side [rear of the building], running up the exterior to the roof.

Per Fortuna dispatch, KFD is Green IC; Batt 8104 is moving the tree out of the road approx 3 miles up Kneeland Rd, it will need road dept to take care of it; Green IC req units ASAP, they are short-staffed, only one firefighter plus the chief at scene so far.
